Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free shipping PAN India on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

  • Dispatch & Delivery:
    Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location (Metros: 2–3 days, Rest of India: 3–5 days).

  • Order Tracking:
    As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.

Return & Refund Policy

At Noeiko, your satisfaction is our priority.
While we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like size or change of mind, we want to ensure your order is perfect.

  • Eligible for Return/Exchange:

    • Only in case the product is defective, damaged, or not the same design as ordered.

    • To claim, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the parcel.

  • How to Request:
    Email us at noeikostore@gmail.com with your order details and unboxing video. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  • Resolution:
    If eligible, you may opt for a replacement of the same product (subject to stock) or a refund.

    • Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • COD refunds are issued to your bank account or as wallet credit after verification.
